Many complaints were again made, and a new investigation was made. The investigation found that top leadership at VA had a climate of complacency. The report found that leadership was aware of the problems but did not act properly. DS then left or was fired from VA and RJ was made the new secretary of VA. However, many kinds of complaints were also made against RJ considering his moral and ethical behavior. The VA despite facing all these problems had continued to provide good service to the veterans and the department needs a competent and experienced leader.
