Persons M learned about this and agreed to pay off her debt in return for the sale of house and consideration of $17,000. They signed a contract of sale which stated the purchase price to be $1,800 and not $18,000. Person W contacted an attorney few hours later to declare the said contract to be void on account of her intoxication during signing the contract.
