- Implementation – Executing the application.
- Maintenance – In this stage, the application is assessed to make sure it does not become outdated. Changes are also made to the initial application.

It is also a software development process that provides functionality in fast iterations. It mainly focuses on developing the basic functions in order to complete the project. It requires frequent communication, development, testing and delivery.
