Introduction:

Rho-independent contributes about 50% terminators in prokaryotes. They contain inverted repeats, which are the sequence of nucleotide present on the similar strand that are complementary. In rho-independent terminators, a string of seven to nine adenine nucleotides follows the inverted repeat in the template $\text{DNA}$.
