Summary Introduction

To determine:

The way one feels when conversing with an acquaintance or colleague.

Introduction:

As there is only one person to focus on and not many people at the same time, conversing with one such person can be deemed effortless. The person can also be assured that they will be conversing with the acquaintance or colleague about a topic that they share in common. Therefore, it is not necessary to worry about not having anything in common.
