The reason for lettering on the front of some vehicles is backwards.

Answer to Problem 8TE
To make the word AMBULANCE easily readable from the rear view mirror of the vehicles and give way on priority.
Explanation of Solution
The rearview mirrors are used in the vehicles is a convex mirror, so that the image formed by it should be diminished as well as erect. A larger field of view is helpful for a driver to run vehicles safely on the road.
The ambulances carry patient that may require immediate treatment, but due to some traffic, the vehicle's alarm is used and the word is mentioned on the vehicle so that drivers of the other vehicle can read the word AMBULANCE more easily and give way on priority.
AMBULANCE is written inverted so that the left side of an object appears to be the right side in the mirror. The driver will see the laterally inverted image of the word and thus, read it clearly.
Conclusion:
Therefore, to make the word AMBULANCE easily readable from the rear view mirror of the vehicles and give way on priority it is written backwards.
