Explanation of Solution
A beam of light deviates from its initial direction when it travels from one medium to another medium, this bending of light is known as the refraction of light. The minimum speed of light in a medium causes maximum bending of the light.
According to the given figures, the speed of the light in block B is maximum as the light bends minimum in that medium, the speed of the light is minimum in block C as light bends at a small angle than the angle formed in medium A. The speed of the light is very less in the medium A as the angle of the bending of light in A is maximum.

Therefore, speed of light is greatest in B, lower in medium C and least in medium A.
