Plexus of the nerves refer to the branching network of the intersecting nerves. There are two types of plexuses- spinal and autonomic plexuses. There are 12 intercostals nerves. The plexuses, principally, are the brachial, lumbar, cervical, sacral, and coccygeal plexus.
