Phone fear (telephonophobia, telephobia, telephone fear) is hesitance or dread of making or accepting telephone calls, truly, "fear of phones". It is thought to be a sort of social fear or social uneasiness. This is called phone aversion. From early 90s mobile phones have gone from being a self-esteem need to an essential need in the business world. Individuals and organizations ending up progressively associated with, mobile phones because it enables to perform work requirements at whatever point and wherever you may get yourself. Therefore, it is very much important to use mobile techniques as well in order to grow the business and it's not enough only to use text messaging, email and social media to build a solid relationship with customers. Over the phone discussions will definitely tied up the customer relationship to the bottom line.
