• The data is maintained to represent the business views of the organization.
• It is significant in because it is used in improving the efficiency of the organization like high productivity with low investment.
• The applications used will have all the information of the business from the starting.
• As the name suggests it has all the required intelligence to understand and manage the business.
• It shares the information with the users by creating a positive culture namely, business wisdom in the organization.
