Chapter 13, Problem 2CR
Summary Introduction
To review:
The characteristics of the endocrine system and differentiate its reaction in an organism to that from the nervous system.
Introduction:
Endocrine and nervous systems are one of the biological systems that are responsible for sending out messages to the body. The main difference between the two is that in the endocrine system, hormones are secreted, which are released in response to some occurrence. On the other hand, the nervous system sends out messages to the brain and the brain sends out the appropriate response.
