• Predictive analytics is one of the formats related to advanced data analytics used for predicting the future outputs with required efficiency.
• It uses the different types of techniques to predict the future outputs of data by analyzing it.
• The techniques include data mining, statistics, modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence and many others.
• It is used to improve the customer based service by predicting the requirements. For example, a hotel can predict the number of customers will accommodate on certain day or weekend.

Big Data:

• The data sets which are very large or big and very hard to understand and to implement are termed as big data.
• It includes traditional data processing application.
• It includes the challenges like visualization, analysis, sharing, searching, querying, updating and many such.
