This saves time and increases their productivity as now the issues get solved promptly. Moreover, timely responses to urgent emails contribute to the growth of the company.
The social and communication networks aid in constant employee communication. As a result, the employees are able to understand clearly the job responsibilities of their colleagues and the employees in other departments. Hence, they are clear about their roles which increase their job satisfaction.
