Concept introduction:
Diode array spectrophotometer is used for instrumental analysis. As it is composed with a single detector, the instrument is capable of monitoring one wavelength at a time. Diode array spectrophotometer is very fast in data acquisition, which allows building up multiple spectra for a single sample. The final spectrum is presented as an average of individual samples.
