They needs to be treated in the same way and profession should not differentiate them on the basis of any facts of differentiation. They need to get a fair treatment in order for them to have a good satisfaction for their job and to be treated well by the managers and colleagues working with them which would in turn make it a quality atmosphere to work in for the employees. The matters of the employees with regards to all the low level of experiences they face at the workplace needs to be reported on a serious note especially sexual harassment which is a serious issue for any concern.
