c. If $\Delta ACB$ and $\Delta DCE$ are both isosceles are $\Delta ACB$ and $\Delta DCE$ necessarily congruent? Why?

d. If $\Delta ACB$ and $\Delta DCE$ are both isosceles, are $\Delta ACD$ and $\Delta BCE$ congruent ?why?
