Nucleus present in cell was described by Robert Brown in1833. The evolution of cell theory by Matthias Schleiden and Theodar Schwann depicts that all life form is composed of cells and cells develop only from preceding cells, and cell is the base of life. The nucleus of cell contains hereditary unit called genes.
