Introduction:
Muscular dystrophy is a group of diseases which causes loss of muscle mass and weakness. It can occur at all age groups and is generally inherited by spontaneous mutations. The amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is also referred to as motor neuron disease. It results in the inactivation or death of neurons controlling voluntary muscles.
