Introduction:

Skinner in his experiments used many animals and also he was fond of animals. He has many pets at his home, which he used to train. He saw that there is a difference in training his children and his pets but just in degree, not in kind. So, he used rats and pigeon for the study of psychology. Skinner was different from another psychologist in the way to study behavior, and they used to study inner personality aspects but for skinner, it was not scientific, so he wanted to study the overt behavior as the subject of psychology.
