Introduction:

The nucleatedcell is a featureof Eukaryotes. These cells have their DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) protected within a cell organelle known as a nucleus. Fungus, Algae, Protozoa, and Water moldall possess the nucleated cells. These organisms also share a variety of habitats and are found in abundance in the aquatic environment. They show striking differences in their cellular morphology and specifically the cell wall compositiondue to their different nutritional and metabolism levels.
