Taenia solium is intestinal parasite which causes severe anemic and gastrointestinal problem.

Case summary

A girl was admitted in the hospital with seizures, the patient was diagnosed with tumor confirmed by ACT scan and Biopsy procedure. Computer tomography scan reported single brain lesion with tumor and biopsy reported lesions due to cysticercus. Hence the patient was not travelled outside from the  state of South Carolina, this parasitic infection caused inside home either from other person who are poor  hygienic.
