  • Create a class Exercise12_09 to throw the BinaryFormatException exception.
  • In the main() method,
    • Call the bin2Dec() method by passing the input "10001".
    • Call the bin2Dec() method by passing the input "141111111".
  • In the bin2Dec() method,
    • Declare the required variables.
    • Loop executes until length the input string. If yes,
      • Assign the binary character to "ch".
      • Check if the character is 0 or 1. If yes,
        • Convert the binary value to decimal number.
      • Otherwise, throw the exception.
    • Return the converted result.
  • Create a class BinaryFormatException to throw the BinaryFormatException exception.
