Public speaking is seen as a major scare in the economy. Many individuals have stage fear. They are backward when it comes to addressing. They feel nervous and highly terrified when it comes to speaking in front of a crowd. However public speaking is an important essential in the modern era, individuals with the ability of addressing a gathering are provided more attention and positions in comparison to individuals with stage fear.

In work place there are instances where the employees when doing a presentation or submitting their findings seem to struggle and get hypothetically nervous. This is because of the lack of confidence that they have within themselves, the individual's findings and report might be excellent but if he/she is vulnerable in presenting then the outcome will be extremely poor.

The modern corporate world encourages and provides opportunities for individuals who are very responsive, have the ability to talk without fear and able to address large gatherings. These are the individuals who are seen as leaders in the economy. They are the individuals who will be highlighted in the workplace with mutual benefits.

Presentation skills are essential, there is a thorough need for individuals to sharpen their presentation skills in terms of how they address the audience, how they portray themselves, how they include the rest of the members in terms of addressing such issues.

Presentation skills are seen as an Important organizational set of skills that managers and employees are both working on improving. In order to improve these skills organizations are providing training and workshops in the current cooperate organizations. Therefore even though individuals fear stage and addressing audience, there is a deliberate need for change in this commotion which organizations are addressing.
