Introduction: Proteins that are involved in the conversion or transcription of DNA to RNA are called transcription factors. There is a wide range of transcription factors are available in the cell. Also, these factors are involved in the formation of the preinitiation complex. Some examples of TFs are TFIIA, TFIIF, and TFIIE.
