The element with atomic number 118 is first synthesized in 2002 and JINR Dubai, by a team of scientist from Russia and America. The element is named oganesson with chemical symbol Og. The element is named after the name of scientist Yuri Oganessian, who has lead role in the discovery of this element.
It has the highest atomic number and atomic mass then all known elements. In 2005, 4 atoms of nuclide 294Og is detected thus, the radioactive atom is very unstable.
