Introduction:

The sympathetic nervous system is a part of the autonomic nervous system which functions autonomously and continuously without conscious effort. The Sympathetic nervous system is responsible for the increase in blood pressure, respiration, and release of blood sugar from the liver. This system is also responsible for releasing adrenal and noradrenaline from the adrenal glands, at the time of fight or flight.
