• Import necessary packages.
• Create a class “RemoveInRangeTest”,
  • Define the main method,
    • Create the lists.
    • Add the values to the list.
    • Display the list.
    • Call the “removeInRange()” method.
    • Display the list.
  • Define the static method named “removeInRange”
    • “if” condition is initialized to check whether the value of “startIndex” and “endIndex” are less than zero or greater than the value of list size.
      • Print the message.
        • “while” condition is initialized till the value of “startIndex” is less than “endIndex”.
        • • “if” condition is initialized to check whether the value of “startIndex” is equal to the value of “element”.
          • Remove the element from the list.
