Introduction:

DNA is a genetic material which is responsible for the passing of information from one generation to other. It is a double helical structure that consists of two parallel strands made up of nucleotides. DNA replication is a process by which a DNA molecule replicated or multiplied in numbers. Unwinding, complementary base pairing and joining of the strands are the three major steps of DNA replication.
