Introduction
Psychologists describe stress as the demands placed on a creature to adapt to or cope with a challenging situation. While some stress is healthy and necessary to maintain our alertness, other forms of it, especially when prolonged and regularly occurring, can be detrimental to our general well-being.

Explanation of Solution
Answer and explanation
Daily “hassles” tend to occur on a regular basis and consist of experiences that can threaten or otherwise damage our general well-being. They often entail household hassles, health hassles, time pressure hassles, inner concern hassles, environmental hassles, financial responsibility hassles, work hassles, security hassles, and life changes. Hassles and life changes can cause us to become more apprehensive, impact our moods, and also predict various types of health problems.
