Job importance and its designing

A job is one which ultimately means assigning responsibilities, authority, and accountability to an employee. But it is on the part of an employee, which can make him able to complete all his desires. So, it directs to satisfaction of the employees and in turn leads to motivation. Job designing plays an important role in improving or decreasing the progress and productivity of an employee which ultimately affects the organization. Designing an effective job will lead to employee satisfaction, department productivity and company success.

Job Designing aspect also affects other factors. Some of them are: structure of a competent employee i.e. ability and effectiveness of employee to complete the task, environmental adaption i.e. job design helps in adapting the changes that had occurred in the environment, labour relation i.e. job design (powers and authority) affects the relation of employees with the organisation, job design also affect the quality of work as poor job designing may demotivate employee due to which he/she will not give his/her best and ultimately it affects organisational productivity.

Conclusion

It plays a very important role towards employee behavior and his relation with the organization. As we read above, it is the aspect which may affect other important factors of management, so it must be cared for.
