About half of the body weight is contributed by the muscles. It occupies a place for fitness and health care. The word muscle literally means a little mouse. There are three types of muscles. They are smooth, cardiac, and the skeletal muscle. Their main role is to transform the chemical energy (ATP) into mechanical energy.
