When playing darts precision and controlled movement is necessary and in case of pitching baseball strength is important. These different kinds of activities are made possible by motor units. Motor unit is one motor neuron and all the skeletal muscle fibers supplied by it. There are two types of motor units; small motor units and large motor units.
