Design the form:

Place one list box control on the form, and change its name and properties to retrieve the object properties and then display the values in message box.

Program.cs:

• Include the required libraries.
• Define the namespace “Program10_5”.
  • Define a class “Program”.
    • Define a constructor for the class.
    • Define required functions to run “Form1”.

Form1.cs:

• Include the required libraries.
• Define namespace “Program10_5”.
  • Define a class “Form1”.
  • In Form1_Load() method,
    • Initialize the values for the properties.
    • Define a constant.
    • Create an object for RetailItem derived class.
    • Display the retrieved fields in message box.
  • Close the application.

RetailItem.cs:

• Include the required libraries.
• Define namespace “Program10_5”.
  • Define a base class “RetailItem”.
    • Declare the required fields.
    • Define the parameter constructor.
    • Define Description, UnitOnHand, and Price property to use get and set methods.

Form Design:

View the Form Design in IDE.

Set the Form Control properties in Properties window as follows:

Form1	Text	Program 10_5
listBox1	Items	(Collection)

Add one list box control to the form from Toolbox.
