Introduction:
The nervous system has two divisions:central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS).
The central nervous system controls all the function of the body. It regulates and controls the voluntary functions.
The peripheral nervous system comprised of the afferent nervous system and efferent nervous system. The afferent nervous system carries information to CNS while efferent nervous system transmits instructions coming from CNS to the other body parts like spinal cord, muscles, and organs.
