Sara MacIntosh joined the organization reporting to Kristin into their training operations. The above training is a weekly program for 3000 employees with a cost of $40 Million. However after looking into the extensive details of the project Sara understood that it is going to cost more than that if the training has to be continued on the way it is planned for.

She reported to Kristin about her concerns however Kristin was not ready to listen. Also, she demanded Sara to organize it and make it successful with said budget and there will not be any changes.
