Introduction:

To devise an effective treatment for the infectious disease, the determination of antimicrobial agent which is most effective against a specific pathogen is necessary. Various tests are there to test the effectiveness of antimicrobials like minimum inhibitory concentration test, diffusion susceptibility tests and minimum bactericidal test.
