Person B contracted with person M for purchasing a house. Before several weeks they both negotiated about the sale of certain items of furniture in the house. Person M sent a letter on April 30 contains a list of furnishings that are to be furnished and includes an advance payment of $3,000. Later on June 3, the letter sent by person M to person B was misplaced and he sent another letter. Finally person M moved into dew house and he finds that there had been a misunderstanding relating to the listed purchase items.
