Introduction:
Health belief model (HBM) is the method where beliefs affect behavior. This psychological behavior model predicts and explains behaviors related to health. Change is a highly difficult task. It is required to build a set of positive patterns replacing new ones, rather than considering it as a single event. Therefore, the four-step plan brings forth ideas to guide on how to move forward.
