Explanation of Solution
Given information:
Apart of studying in class, outside class hours are also needed for this course.
Calculation:
As discussed with the instructor, two hours of outside of class work is required for each hour of class time. This will include doing revision of the concepts discussed in the class and complete all homework daily. While doing homework I will find new doubts, ideas, applicability and better understanding of the particular topic.
My goals for this course is to get familiar with elementary mathematics. To understand the various fundamental concepts of mathematics and their application in daily life. Elementary mathematics is basic building blocks for understanding advanced mathematics.
My goal would be to get the first hand on experience with all the concepts, topic included in this course, complete all assignments, homework on time. And I should be able to apply those in practical scenario whenever application. This requires me to work two hours outside of class for each class hour.
