Supply chain management is overseeing and handling the process of moving the raw materials from supplier to manufacturer and moving the finished good from manufacturer to wholesaler or directly to the customers. If the manufacturer moves the good to wholesaler, then the wholesaler will move the good to the consumer through retailer.

Operations management:

Operations management is defined as managing with concern with designing and redesigning the operation in the production of goods and services. It has the control over the business operations which convert the resource to goods and services. It can be used to handle the process from raw materials to finished goods.
