Leadership:
All the managers must possess the leadership quality. A number of responsibilities come with being a manager, so, in order to get the work done effectively, the guidance and leading the team properly is required.
Experience:
The managers generally are selected from the people who have a great knowledge and skills for managing the process effectively. They have spend a lot of time working on different position in an organization, which help them in streamlining the process by understanding all the aspects of it.
CommunicationThe communication is very important part of a manager's job. This includes listening and passing information from one person to another to carry out a specific task. The managers are very good at communication whether it is in between the organizations, in the organization or personal.
Knowledge
The experience also comes with an abundant level of knowledge. All the successful managers come with a good knowledge and may have degrees/ certifications which are related to management.
Organization
All the successful managers are very organized. They have their own ways to accomplish any tasks. Generally, they are highly disciplined and clear about their day to day activities.
Time Management
The managerial position comes with a high number of responsibilities and all should be managed properly. So, a good manager should have a good time management skill.
Reliability
The managers have to be reliable for the company. He/she should be being available for employees, and monitoring the projects, and supporting the team.
Confidence
The managers should be confident and firm about their decisions. They should be able to give the possible explanations for their actions and should be reliable.
Respect for Employees
Respect is also a major characteristic of the manager. All the successful managers are respected by the employees because managers also give respect to them.
