1. Calluses are caused by repeated pressure or friction on an area of skin and in this case it was done by I'll fitted shoes. Onychocryptosis is caused by the pressure from ingrowth of the nail egde into the skin of the toe.

2. Callus is hyper keratinized skin. Epidermis outer protective layer of the skin composed of stratified squamous keratinized epithelial tissue. So cut on it doesn't cause pain.
