Expert Solution
INTRODUCTION

The world wide pandemic of COVID 19 has affected almost all the countries, in that Singapore was first to release it's lock down soon(april-june) and make their people mostly  vaccinated by the end of September 2021(82%).

The first case was reported in Jan 2020, almost within 11 months(dec 2020) they were able to bring vaccines to the country

This was possible only because of their expert pannel ( consisting of 18 scientists) they sat day and night in finding a solution to this problem.

First 35 candidates were put to screen inorder to test vaccines safety and efficacy.

Not only that in Singapore most of the people are migrant, first they have been identified and put to quarantine and vaccinated.

Other than quarantine, lockdown  restrictions, Singapore conducted a huge campaign during mid june , bringing awareness to the people regarding the vaccine.
