Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was a Bangladeshi politician and statesman and later he became the First President of Bangladesh and later become the prime minister of Bangladesh in 1971. He was also called as the foundation father of Bangladesh because Bangladesh became a separate country due to the movement and guidance Started by him. In the morning of 15 august 1975 He and His family members were killed in attack by some young Bangladeshi army persons.
Non- cooperation Movement of Bangladesh was launched by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in 1971. It is political movement. The purpose of the movement was to seek autonomy for East Pakistan from the central government of Pakistan and making a new Country called as the Bangladesh. The Script for this movement started with the 1970 elections. In the 1970 Pakistani General election, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his party the Awami league won the majority of the seats in the Pakistani National Assembly. They have won 167 seats of the 169 seats in East Bangladesh later called Bangladesh. Despite Pakistan Military government and The president of Pakistan Yahya Khan, postponed the formation of the government. Later they denied to handover the power to the new Government of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his Party. So on 7 March, 1971 Sheikh Mujibur Rahman declare the start of the Non- corporation movement. After it he was arrested by Pakistani soldiers. The movement was end on 25 March, 1971 just after declaration of independence of Bangladesh and new country.
