Who runs the judical branch?
Judicial Branch gets established by the article 3 of the constitution. The structure and shape of the federal judiciary is finally decided by the congress even the number of judges is also depended on the discretion. Congress, also has the power to decide the number of courts subordinate to the Supreme Court and Congress affirming to this has also established the United States Districts Courts which try most of the federal cases
