Here, two different bases are given 

base A is having negative charge 

base B is neutral 

As we know, the neutral compound is more stable than any charge compound.

the charge on compound B makes less stable because alkyl group destabilize carbanion. Alkyl group increases electron density through +I effect ( i.e + inductive effect ). generally carbanion stabilizes by electron withdrawing group.

so, the compound B is more stable than compound A because of neutral or no charge and alkyl group increases the basicity by + inductive effect.
