Communication plays an important role in an organization. It helps in establishing clarity which further acts as assistance in reducing confusions and avoiding conflicts. The process of communication consists of various steps such as sender composes the message, encodes it, chooses the right medium, decoding is done, receiver gets the message. The last stage consists of receiver giving the feedback to the sender. There are some barriers such as noise that distort the communication process.
