Expert Solution
Step 1

Character traits are a person's attitude and behavior that constitute his/her personality. It can be good or bad. The examples of values, moral and beliefs character traits include hardworking, independent, selfish, responsible etc. The examples of physical and emotional character traits include successful, popular, handsome, strong etc. The examples of personality character traits include demanding, simple-minded, adventurous, thoughtful etc. The personality and physical traits are surface characteristics and the values and morals are deeply held characteristics. When a person identifies his/her best character traits, he/she can work towards strengthening them. This will be helpful in career growth, achieving goals in relationships etc. It helps one to make decisions that are line with the values one follows. For example, if one is courageous, he/she would be inclined in standing up for what they believe in. The character trait is different from a personality trait. A personality trait is quite obvious to an outsider while a character trait is not so obvious to an outsider and is evident only if a person really gets to know about another person.
