Both NaNO3(aq) and Ca(NO3)2(aq) are completely dissolved in water to give respective ions.

1 mol NaNO3(aq) is dissolved in water to form 1 mol Na+(aq) and 1 mol NO3-(aq).

Hence mole ratio = 1/1

Since the coefficient of NO3 in Ca(NO3)2(aq) is 2, 

1 mol Ca(NO3)2(aq) is dissolved in water to form 1 mol Ca2+(aq) and 2 mol NO3-(aq).

Hence mole ratio = 2/1
