In the study of sociology, their are different perspectives used to analyze the subject in details. Functionalist theory understands the society in terms of integrating and accommodating idea. While conflict theory see society as a unequal place in which their is a differentiation of power and leads to exploitation. While labelling theory is a part of understanding crime in sociology. It studies how criminals are forced into crime. All these perspective studies aspects of society and gives a different explanation to it, which might not be same as other.
